Contentia is a subscription-based service. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. This Refund Policy explains when we may issue refunds and how to request one.
1) Billing Errors & Unauthorized Charges
We will issue refunds for duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or unauthorized transactions (after verification).
To report a billing error, contact us at support@contentia.co and include your account email and any relevant payment/receipt details.
2) Discretionary Refund Requests (7-Day Window)
In some cases, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion if all of the following are true:
- The request relates to the first subscription purchase on the account (initial purchase only)
- You cancel your subscription within 7 days of the charge
- You contact us within the same 7-day period at support@contentia.co
- You provide your account email and receipt/invoice or transaction details so we can locate the charge
If approved, refunds apply only to the most recent eligible subscription charge. We do not provide partial refunds or prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Not eligible under this section:
- Renewal charges (automatic renewals)
- Add-ons, credits, overages, or usage-based charges (if applicable)
- Charges older than 7 days
3) How Cancellation Works
You can cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is granted under this Policy, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
4) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@contentia.co first so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we may temporarily suspend access to the Service while the dispute is under review. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, we may require that your account be brought back into good standing before restoring full access.
5) Refunds on Currency-Converted Payments
Our payment processor may process charges in multiple currencies. Depending on your bank and payment method, your payment may be converted to USD (or another settlement currency).
Because of bank currency conversion fees and exchange-rate fluctuations between the charge date and the refund date, the refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower than the original amount in your local currency.
6) Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
