**3.5 AI Service Provider Compliance**

Our Services use third-party AI service providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity. You agree that you will NOT:

– Use the Services in any way that violates the terms of service, acceptable use policies, or usage guidelines of our AI service providers

– Submit content to our Services that would violate OpenAI’s Usage Policies, Anthropic’s Acceptable Use Policy, or Perplexity’s Terms of Service

– Use our Services to generate, facilitate, or distribute content that:

  – Promotes or facilitates illegal activities

  – Involves child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors

  – Harasses, threatens, or bullies individuals

  – Promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination

  – Contains malware or attempts to compromise computer systems

  – Violates others’ privacy or intellectual property rights

  – Engages in fraudulent or deceptive practices

  – Contains sexually explicit content involving non-consenting individuals

– Attempt to use our Services to:

  – Develop competitive AI models or services

  – Extract training data from AI providers

  – Reverse engineer AI models or algorithms

  – Bypass AI providers’ safety filters or content policies

**3.6 Commercial and Competitive Misuse**

– Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or to develop a competing product or service

– Use the Services for any revenue-generating endeavor or commercial enterprise that directly competes with Contentia

– Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services without our express written permission

– Frame or mirror any part of the Services without our express written permission

– Use the Services to build a similar or competitive service

**3.7 Spam and Unsolicited Communications**

– Send unsolicited communications, advertisements, or promotional materials through or using the Services

– Use the Services to collect email addresses or other contact information for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications

– Engage in any form of email harvesting, address scraping, or contact extraction

**3.8 Harmful, Illegal, or Unethical Use**

– Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation

– Use the Services to facilitate, promote, or engage in illegal activities

– Use the Services in a manner that could harm minors in any way

– Use the Services to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

4. SUBSCRIPTION-SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you additionally agree that you will NOT:

– Share your subscription with any third party or allow others to use your account

– Use a single subscription to serve multiple businesses, organizations, or entities unless explicitly permitted by your subscription plan

– Exceed the usage limits, quotas, or restrictions specified in your subscription plan

– Downgrade your plan, extract significant value, and then request a refund (refund abuse)

– Create multiple accounts or switch between accounts to circumvent subscription limitations

5. BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL USE RESTRICTIONS

As a B2B SaaS platform, you agree that:

– You will only use the Services for legitimate business purposes

– You will not use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes if you are on a business plan (unless your plan explicitly allows it)

– You will ensure that anyone in your organization who accesses the Services through your account complies with this Policy

– You will maintain accurate and up-to-date business information in your account

– You will not misrepresent your business type, size, or use case to qualify for pricing or features you are not entitled to

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy by another user, please report it to us immediately at support@contentia.co. Please include:

– Description of the violation

– Evidence or screenshots (if available)

– Date and time of the violation

– Any other relevant information

We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action. However, we are not obligated to take action on every report and reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation of this Policy.

7. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

Violations of this Policy may result in one or more of the following consequences, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

**7.1 Warning**

For first-time or minor violations, we may issue a formal warning and require you to cease the prohibited activity immediately.

**7.2 Temporary Suspension**

For repeated violations or more serious infractions, we may temporarily suspend your access to the Services while we investigate. During suspension:

– You will not be able to access your account or use the Services

– Your data will be retained but not accessible

– Your subscription billing may continue unless you cancel

– We will notify you of the reason for suspension and the expected duration

**7.3 Permanent Termination**

For serious violations, including but not limited to:

– Security breaches or hacking attempts

– Fraud or payment violations

– Violations that cause harm to other users or our systems

– Repeated violations after warnings or suspensions

– Use of the Services for illegal activities

– Violations of AI service provider policies that put our access at risk

We may permanently terminate your account and ban you from future use of the Services. Upon termination:

– Your access will be immediately revoked

– Your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies

– No refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period

– You will be prohibited from creating new accounts

**7.4 Legal Action**

In cases involving:

– Illegal activities

– Significant financial harm or fraud

– Intellectual property infringement

– Security breaches or cyberattacks

– Violations that harm other users or third parties

We reserve the right to:

– Report the violation to law enforcement or regulatory authorities

– Pursue civil or criminal legal action

– Seek damages and recovery of costs

– Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

– Preserve and provide evidence as required by law

**7.5 Data and Content Removal**

We reserve the right to remove, delete, or refuse to process any content that violates this Policy, our Legal Terms, or applicable laws, without prior notice.
